Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Underwriter/Account
Manager - Inland Marine.
Key Responsibilities
Process policy transactions such as endorsements, reporting,
cancellations, and reinstatements in conjunction with assigned
underwriters
Resolve and triage incoming communications from brokers and lenders
while answering routine inquiries
Coordinate and track ongoing service requests from brokers,
including endorsements and policy information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3+ years of commercial insurance underwriting assistant
experience
AAIS Inland Marine forms and product experience is highly
preferred
Aptitude for computer-based work and ability to learn multiple
software applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a diverse
team environment
