Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefit Plan Configuration Advisor
Associate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzes new business requirements for benefit design changes and
establishes appropriate solutions
Maintains technical documentation and ensures compliance with
benefit design standards
Manages plan benefits coding changes and conducts test execution
and validation efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or
work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
Less than 2 years of experience in Benefit Plan Configuration
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for
work visa or residency sponsorship
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically
Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced
environment
