Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to
support learning initiatives in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning and performance solutions
using instructional design principles
Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate
performance support solutions
Collaborate with SMEs to create multi-modal learning materials and
assess the success of training programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a corporate setting
Expertise in end-to-end instructional design
Experience with various learning modalities and authoring in formal
e-learning tools
Portfolio demonstrating relevant work is mandatory
Graphic design skills and experience with end-to-end project
management
