A company is looking for a Follow-Up Operations Lead to guide
and mentor a team of follow-up specialists in optimizing revenue
cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze data from patient accounting solutions
Identify and correct data integrity issues within patient
accounting solutions
Perform root cause analysis for denied claims and collaborate with
AR supervisors for resolution
Required Qualifications
Experience managing a team
Revenue cycle experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates strong decision-making abilities
