Job Description:
A company is looking for a HIH/EHR Operations Coordinator -
Vendor Management/Tracking and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to
vendor performance or project delivery
Run and analyze reports to monitor project performance and manage
inventory levels
Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service
level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma required
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in
healthcare or risk adjustment
Experience working with vendors and overseeing contractual
obligations is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools and Excel; knowledge of HCC
coding and health information systems is a plus
PMP certification is preferred but not required
