Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Specialist to lead customer
training and manage projects in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging training sessions via Zoom for effective software
utilization
Oversee customer onboarding projects from initiation to
completion
Provide backend training and configure software to meet customer
needs
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1-2 years of experience with web-based applications
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
1-2 years of experience in software implementation, preferably with
CRM tools
1-2 years of project management experience
