  • Shift: 3x12HR NOC (19:00 - 07:30) - EOW is required, the alternating weeks will be M-TH (3 shifts at random, manager will try to provide up front for traveler to make this more of a blocked schedule for them)
  • Length: 13 weeks
  • Required Experience: Level II Hospital setting supporting OP, IR, ER, IP - this is a busy department
  • Epic experience required
    • Job Requirements
    • Required Certs: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, WA License
    • RTO Restrictions: RTO is limited to 3 Days or less. Please include all RTO at the time of submittal.
      • Schedule Information

        • Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or "Heart&Stroke" certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY. Must check UD to verify certifications required.
