Job Description:
A company is looking for a Work Prep Coordinator to support a
program for college-aged women and non-binary participants pursuing
careers in tech.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to a cohort of up to 120
participants
Manage onboarding of participants and all communications
Provide logistical support for Zoom sessions and track attendance
and assignments
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience working with college-aged students or young
adults
Experience with job readiness programs preferred
Experience hosting on Zoom and managing breakout rooms
Experience with tracking and reporting basic data
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
