Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing General Counsel to lead and
supervise its legal team and provide strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction to the Legal and Corporate Affairs
Department
Supervise attorneys and staff, including project assignment and
review
Assist in managing department operations, including budgeting and
legal research
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree
Minimum of ten years of legal experience
Minimum of four years of effective management experience
Litigation experience with expertise in animal law, administrative
law, and/or environmental law
Member in good standing of a state bar association
