Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its growing
business and provide legal expertise across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements to
support global business operations
Review and approve insurance policy content, including advertising
and press releases
Provide regulatory compliance support and manage company
litigation
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a fully qualified lawyer in the United
States
Experience negotiating agency agreements with insurance
underwriters
Proven ability to establish effective relationships with business
partners
Sound business judgment to manage multiple matters and
deadlines
