50% of their time on project management and 50% on technical
support for operations. They coordinate reliability projects,
ensure the delivery of outputs within budget and timeline, and
ensure compliance with quality standards. The Reliability Technical
Lead plans the activities of technicians and engineers, optimizes
resources, and ensures customer satisfaction and project
profitability. They follow up with clients and communicate with
team stakeholders regarding ongoing projects.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE
TABLETechnical Support
- Provides technical support to the operations team in evaluating
customer requests.
- Determines the scope of work and the different stages to be
completed.
- Participates in evaluating the costs and time required for each
project.
- Provides technical support for unforeseen situations on a daily
basis.Project Management
- Understands the deliverables and establishes work plans and
schedules.
- Communicates with clients to organize and efficiently plan
project activities.
- Collaborates with the planner to establish work schedules and
ensure the availability of necessary resources.
- Transmits work plans to supervisors, technicians, and engineers
for execution.
- Tracks project progress according to the established process
(orders, procurement, preparation, execution, reports,
invoicing).
- Ensures technical and administrative follow-up to guarantee
adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Conducts regular client visits to assess deliverables, identify
issues, and propose solutions.
- Coordinates meetings between clients and the internal team
throughout the project.
- Optimizes the use of human and material resources and
contributes to the continuous improvement of the project management
process.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- College diploma and/or bachelor's degree in mechanical
engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in machine condition monitoring,
engineering and reliability.
- Knowledge of portable, continuous, and wireless solutions in
vibration analysis.
- Proficiency in the following software: Microsoft Office 365, MS
Project, or other project management software.
- Written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English would be
considered an asset.
- Strength in managing projects involving various
stakeholders.
- Ability to lead teams and focus on solution-oriented
approaches.
- Customer-oriented mindset that ensures exceptional service
quality.
- Professional attitude, autonomy, and initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong time and priority
management skills.WORK LOCATION: Kirkland, QC, travel when required
for mandates, projects, or program coordination.ABOUT
