Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Program Management
(Technical) to lead initiatives for the Engineering
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategic vision of the Culture, Growth and Innovation
programs to drive positive outcomes
Influence product roadmaps that enhance employee experience and
support organizational growth
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of
initiatives and provide updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience in program
management
Minimum 6+ years as a people manager
Experience in building and scaling talent management programs
Demonstrated success in leading high-impact, cross-functional
programs
Ability to deliver impactful, scalable programs and take calculated
risks
