Job Description:
Experience in leading data projects would be ideal and really preferred, in the absence of which they should have led large programs (greenfield or transformational). Or even leading projects that had any kind of product launches would also help.

• Define vision for large scale programs along with establishing practical roadmaps and milestone planning to achieve the vision.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans for multiple teams in the program enabling value realization schedules and risk management strategies.
• Develop value proposition frameworks and present value realization around the program plan to senior executives.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs spanning multiple teams and departments.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align program goals with overall business strategy and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and ensure clarity of objectives and priorities.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
• Identify dependencies and critical paths within the program and proactively mitigate risks to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor program performance against established metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to program team members, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in leading Big Data and ETL projects.
• Work seamlessly with client employee teams , contractor teams and vendor teams with a one team mindset.
• Owns and is passionate about continuous optimization
