Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to
support hiring processes and enhance candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate complex interviews across multiple time
zones
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the
interview process
Manage interview logistics, offer letters, and onboarding
paperwork
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, preferably in a
fast-paced environment
Proficient in modern applicant tracking systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Collaborative team player capable of working across functions
Experience in process improvement initiatives
