Description Medical Assistant/MA-C - Pediatrics at Swedish Pediatrics - Edmonds Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift Location: Edmonds, Washington Job description: As a Medical Assistant/MA-C, you'll help with administrative and clinical tasks like scheduling appointments, updating information in EPIC and taking patients' vital signs at appointments.     • Coursework/Training: Graduate of accredited school for medical assistants, or an equivalent combination of coursework, experience/training to qualify to sit for the WA State Certification exam
    • Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
    • 6 months of Healthcare experience
    • 6 months of Medical Assistant experience Preferred Qualifications:
      • Coursework/Training: Graduate of accredited school for medical assistants, or an equivalent combination of coursework, experience/training to qualify to sit for a National Certification exam
