Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at The Greenwood American Bistro by Model Restaurant Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items to the highest standards of quality and consistency.Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation during service.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant's standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards to uphold the integrity of each dish.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking and rotating ingredients as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation practices.Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a line cook or culinary training preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and consistency.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
