Summary: Prepare menu items to standards, work with the culinary team, and maintain kitchen efficiency.

  • Prepare and execute menu items according to the restaurant's standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation during service.
  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards to uphold the integrity of each dish.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking and rotating ingredients as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation practices.
    • Previous experience as a line cook or culinary training preferred.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and consistency.
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
