See how at or @cognizant. The Role: Cognizant is looking for an expert and innovative Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant to serve our diverse base of global clients. The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our services and technologies. Location: Seattle, WA - Remote Experience: 10+ years Responsibilities:

• Attend and contribute to regular project team meetings involving local and remote team members to provide progress updates.
• Deliver the requirements to capture and demonstrate the successful and high - quality development of technical deliverables, which satisfy specified requirements.
• Work in accordance with the defect and issue tracking procedures and systems which may be used to assign tasks, track progress, review quality and support the SDLC of the client.
• Assist with work estimation and preliminary requirement analysis
• Work within a team structure with established deliverable dates, in conjunction with onsite / nearshore / offshore team constructions, reporting to offshore/onsite leads/project managers. Skills:
  • Primary Skills: RMS/ ReSA/RIB /ReIM with 10-15 years of experience
  • Must have Skill: Oracle Retail Development, Enhancement and Production Support experiences.
  • Have expertise both technical and functional in Oracle Retail Applications.
  • Oracle Retail Version 13x to 16x or above 19x version is added advantage.
  • Have hands on experience in PL/SQL.
  • Technical Skills: Retail Merchandising System, Pro *C, PLSQL, SQL, Java, Shell scripting, ADF.
  • Domain Skills: Merchandising, Purchase Order, Allocations, Pricing, Sales Audit, Inventory Management, Financial Accounting (Stock Ledger).
  • Functional Skills: Candidate should be able understand business requirements, Retail - Merchandising System, conduct detailed gap analysis of a product versus the requirements, create the functional design, acts as the functional SME for a module, Retail - Merchandising System, own the business process flows for the customer, Retail - Merchandising System, perform product configuration setup WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring complete coverage of client's requirements and product quality.
  • Knowledgeable in: Transition Management, Estimation & Resource Planning, Solution Structuring, Incident, Problem management, People management, Program Governance, Risk Management, Knowledge Management, Requirements Management, Change Control Management, Program management.
  • Familiar with: Benefits Management, Management by Metrics, Financial Acuity, Scope Management, Program Contracting, Organizational Change, onshore/offshore effective coordination. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until January 22nd, 2025. The annual salary is between $88,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
