CAREPARTNER/CAREGIVER
Weare looking for the right person to partner with our residents to
help themcontinue to live their lives of purpose and make the most
of every day byproviding the best care and support we can give
them. We specialize in assisted living and memorycare. Highgate
Senior Living's mission is to devote ourselves to help each

seeking the right Care Partner/Caregiverto join our team. If you

background in customer service, hospitality,or healthcare, this may
be a good opportunity for you. This position can be full-time or
part-time and includes beingresponsible for the care of our
residents, which can be hands-on and/orstand-by assistance as
needed. AtHighgate, providing care means to provide for the whole
person, providingphysical assistance with activities of daily
living and emotional, psychological,and soulful support.
The successful candidate will be an organized and
detail-orientedindividual with a positive and self-motivated
attitude. You must have strong communicationand critical thinking
abilities as interacting with seniors while providingcare requires
both abilities. Becoming a caregiver is a great first step
towardbuilding a rewarding career in the healthcare industry. Our
industry needs heart driven, passionateprofessionals that enjoy
working in service to others while gaining theleadership, clinical,
business, and marketing skills necessary for a long term,deeply
satisfying profession.
SKILLS NEEDED:
RELATABLE EXPERIENCE:
1- At least 18 years of age
2- Ability to obtain CPR & First AidCertification
3- Ability to obtain required caregivinglicense within specified
timeframe if necessary
4- Current negative TB test
5- Possess the ability to sit, stand, bend,and move continuously
during work hours
6- Ability to carry or transfer up to50lbs with assistance
7- Ability to pass criminalrecord/background check
8- Be efficient and exercise good timemanagement skills
9- Must be able to work wellindependently with little oversight
10- Must have a track record of top-notchorganizational abilities
and communication skills
11- Willing to attend and incorporate intoyour work efforts
different types of training
As an organization we offer our team members agood benefits

for this role based on the credentialing,tenure and skill sets each
candidate brings for consideration. The hourly wage range for this
position is$19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Priorexperience working with
