The Orthopedic Nurse Coordinator will join this trusted facility known for its commitment to providing exceptional patient care, this community hospital boasts cutting-edge equipment and delivers a comprehensive array of services. These encompass general medical-surgical services, women's health services, critical care, surgical procedures, infusion and oncology treatments, cardiac rehabilitation, pain management, and a host of other specialized medical services.
Reporting to the Medical Group Director, the Orthopedic Nurse Coordinator will manage a team of Clinic Nurses, Providers, and Clinic Support Staff. The Orthopedic Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for administrative oversight of the clinic including budgets, policies and procedures, and clinic standards. In addition, the Orthopedic Nurse Coordinator will assist the Clinic Director with hiring and on boarding new staff and provide mentor ship and performance reviews for existing staff. The Nurse Coordinator is expected to have knowledge on the principles and practice. The Coordinator will be responsible for serving as a role model, initiator in problem-solving, decision-making processes, delegating, and communicating information to the nursing staff.
