- Job Details
- Department: LAB - Pathologist Assistant
- Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: PA Grossing of complex specimens. The focus of this individual will primarily be on the higher complexity specimens: colon cancers, breast cancers, whipples, etc. It will likely not be the lower complexity specimens like gallbladder, appendix, uterus, etc.

  - Yes they will need to be an ASCP registered PA.
    - Schedule Information
    - (1) 8:30am-5:00pm & (1) 10am-6:30pm
    - Weekend Requirements: No
    - Holiday Requirements: No
    - Call or Standby Call Requirement: No
      - Unit Specific Information
      - LIS System: CoPath
      - EMR/Specific Equipment used in each area: Cerner
      - Department Specific Orientation: Training provided on-site; 10a-630p
        
        Additional Details
        
        ASCP, BLS is not required; Medical Solutions auto deducts the 1.75 WA state tax - you are able to re-add that back in.
