Assistant to join our enthusiastic team. We are dedicated to

Our PT department prides ourself on personalized patient care.
Providers see one patient at a time for 40 minutes.

PTAs

Responsibilities:
--- Assisting patients by guiding them through prescribed exercises
and rehabilitation activities under the supervision of physical
therapists to ensure proper form and safety.
--- Monitoring patients' progress closely and reporting any changes
in their condition or responses to treatments promptly to the
supervising physical therapist.
--- Setting up and maintaining treatment areas and equipment
meticulously to create a safe and efficient working environment for
therapy sessions.
--- Keeping accurate records of patient treatments, progress notes,
and other essential information in compliance with healthcare
regulations.
--- Educating and supporting patients and their families on
exercise programs and recovery processes to foster comprehension
and adherence to treatment plans.
Qualifications:
--- To qualify for the position of Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
candidates must have completed an accredited Associate's degree
program in physical therapy assisting.
--- Applicants need to hold a Washington State license to practice
as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
--- Successful completion of a criminal background check is
required as part of the licensing process.
--- Candidates must engage in continuous professional development
and meet ongoing continuing education requirements to uphold
licensure.
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for
effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team
members in a clinical setting.
--- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
--- Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the office
located in Federal Way.
