The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work closely with the medical director to play a critical role in both care delivery and ongoing practice innovation. • Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.

  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
  • The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
  • Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
  • Board CertificationThis is a full-time in-clinic position located in Puyallup, WA.The base salary range for this role is $142,000 to $150,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
