Our state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital is operated jointly with Lifepoint Health and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, and we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies.
  
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • Graduate of accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program.
    
  • Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
    
  • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
    
  • IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months highly preferred.
    
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
