Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote School Social Worker for K-12
settings.
Key Responsibilities
Offer crisis intervention and support during difficult situations
such as trauma, grief, and bullying
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources to
create a support network for students
Develop and implement individualized plans to support students'
mental health and academic success
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Current and valid New Mexico School Social Worker license
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting
Strong understanding of social-emotional learning, trauma-informed
care, and mental health issues affecting students
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely
