About the Role

• Assist with the assessment and care of patients in a state-of-the-art, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
  
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  
• Provide timely and accurate QI assessments, ensuring high-quality care for our patients
  
• Carry out the plan of care as indicated by the patient's needs and response to treatment
  
• Interact professionally with patient/family and involve them in the formation of the plan of care

    Qualifications
    
    
    • Graduate of accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
      
    • Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
      
    • CPR/BCLS certification, ACLS preferred
      
    • IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months highly preferred
      
    • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
      
    • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
      
      Salary range: $31-$42 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.
