• Certification Details
• ACLS, BCLS, & CRRT Prismaflex certifications required.
• Skills in IABP, fresh open heart are required.
• Staffing ratio of 1:1-2.
  • Job Details
  • Flexible contract length available starting at 13 weeks.
  • Travelers expected to work at least 3 holidays out of 5.
  • Rapid response turnaround required for accepting an offer.
  • Auto offer based on minimum experience and clinical review.
  • WA license status required along with application date and ETA of issue date.
  • Option to flex contract length.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum of 2 years experience and travel experience required.
    • Must pass clinical review for auto offer.
    • Compact license accepted.
    • Previous permanent employees of any Providence affiliated facility must be separated for a minimum of 3 months for travel positions.
    • CVICU experience required.
    • Cardiac Surgical experience is REQUIRED.
    • Orientation lasts 4 days with skills validation.
    • Open to first-time travelers and candidates with pending WA license.

      • Travelers are expected to be available to work at least 3 holidays out of the 5.

        • I9 documentation required.
        • Drivers License/State ID required.
        • Social Security Card required for CNAs at Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) in WA only.
