• ACLS, BCLS, & CRRT Prismaflex are all required certifications
• Skills: IABP, fresh open heart required
• Staffing ratio- 1:1-2

  • 26-week flexible contract with a minimum commitment of 13 weeks
  • Orientation lasting 4 days with validated skills for some competencies
  • Availability to work at least 3 holidays out of 5 (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum of 2 years experience and travel experience
    • Pass clinical review to receive auto offer
    • Compact license accepted
    • Active Washington license status required or in process with provided ETA
    • CVICU experience required
    • Cardiac surgical experience is REQUIRED
    • Travelers who have been previous permanent employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must have been separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position
      • Schedule Information
      • Travelers are expected to be available to work at least 3 holidays out of the 5 major holidays during the contract period
        • Unit Specific Information
        • PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Cardiovascular disease, Pre/post Cath Lab and IR procedures, Fresh Open Heart Surgery
        • SPECIAL PROCEDURES: CABG, OHS, AAA, Valvular Repairs
        • SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: health removal, Vasopressors, Balloon - Maquet Datascope, CVVH/Prismaflex - CRRT
          • Additional Details
          • If traveler does not sign in 24 hours, they risk losing the offer to the first candidate that signs
          • Manager will call candidate after they sign the contract and will have 48 hours to reject candidate post-interview
          • Option to flex less than 26 weeks
