- Compensation Range:
- CO: $160,769 - $185,777
- WA: $199,009 - $229,966Compensation ranges are determined by
role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects
the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the
range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training.What You'll Do
- Partner with executives to guide decisions around revenue
growth and operational effectiveness; combining quantitative
analysis with strategic insight.
- Evaluate and develop potential new GTM strategies, including:
market selection, acquisitions, retention, pricing, incentives,
customer engagement models, and the systems/processes that support
GTM execution.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional transformational projects:
driving rapid execution from initial insight to complete
implementation.
- Analyze ongoing GTM performance to provide data-driven,
actionable insights and recommendations. Drive improvement by
collaborating across GTM teams and continually refining the metrics
and processes that govern GTM performance.
- Work closely with our PE ownership group on strategic
initiatives and performance tracking.What You Bring
- Understanding of go-to-market strategies, processes, and
performance indicators; able to intuitively identify potential
opportunities.
- Strong analytical chops and technical data skills, hands-on
ability to work with raw data. Fluency with SQL, Python, and/or BI
tools is a strong plus.
- Exceptional business judgment and communication skills-you can
distill complexity into clarity, navigate both the 30,000-foot
strategy and 3-foot execution, and influence individuals at all
levels of an organization.
- Bias for action: proactive, resourceful, excited to roll up
your sleeves to get things done.
- 6+ years relevant professional experience, including 2+ in
strategy, analytics, or operations roles focused on B2B SaaS and
GTM topics.
- MBA and/or top-tier consulting experience is highly valued, but
not required-candidates from internal strategy, RevOps, or
growth/analytics teams at leading companies are also
