Assistant Branch Manager Job DescriptionBanner Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and coaching Teller staff, supporting the Branch Manager in developing a sales performance culture, and effectively assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Teller staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to Branch policies and procedures.
• Support the Branch Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products and services.
• Act in full management capacity in the absence of the Branch Manager.Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • NMLS registration preferred.
  • 4+ years of retail banking experience, with 0-2 years of experience in a supervisory/management role.Preferred Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems.
    • Proven client service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
    • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, with proper phone and email etiquette.Compensation and Benefits:
      • Targeted starting hourly range: $25.00-$35.93/hr.
