A company is looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to lead and scale growth and marketing efforts in the medication-led weight loss market.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and brand recognition
Own and optimize the marketing budget across various channels to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates
Elevate brand presence through creative asset development and cross-functional collaboration to align go-to-market strategies


Required Qualifications:

12+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in a leadership role in healthcare or regulated consumer-focused industries
Expertise in growth and performance marketing with a track record in managing multi-channel campaigns
Strong storytelling and brand-building skills with experience in creative development across multiple channels
Hands-on leadership experience with a focus on building and mentoring high-performing teams
Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
