TBM Strategy Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a TBM Strategy & Planning Manager to support strategy formulation and financial planning for the IT Division.



Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with IT leaders to promote dialogue on IT strategy and provide necessary analytics and insights
Support alignment of IT strategies with multi-year forecasts for operating and capital investments
Lead business case development and perform data-driven analysis to support IT strategy and roadmaps



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, computer science, economics, business analytics, or operations research; MBA preferred
At least 7 years of experience in finance, strategy, or management consulting, preferably in a technology-driven company
Experience in IT financial management and supporting IT strategy development, especially in Agile/DevOps practices
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization software preferred
Professional certification preferred: CSCA, FP&A, Balanced Scorecard, CTBME, ITIL, IT4IT, FinOps
