Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Learning & Development to
shape the future of its workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee a comprehensive Learning and Development
strategy for all employees
Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs and
manage onboarding initiatives
Analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements based on
feedback and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or a
similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Experience in digital marketing or technology-focused industries is
required
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human
Resources, or a related field
Proven track record of implementing successful training and
development programs in a medium to large organization
Experience in digital marketing or technology-focused industries is
