Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Investment Accounting
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the investment accounting operations team
Oversee the relationship with the investment accounting system
provider and ensure effective transaction processing
Facilitate external audits and support the investment accounting
financial reporting team as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
with CPA or equivalent certification
Minimum 10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in
investment accounting within insurance/reinsurance
Experience with public company SOX controls and investment
reporting
Technical knowledge of various investment products
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
