Facilities Manager: This is where you come in.We are seeking a
Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of facility
maintenance, including policy development, space planning, vendor
coordination, and project management, ensuring a safe, efficient,
and engaging environment across all company locations. This role
works closely with the Workplace Services Manager, Office/Travel
Manager, and other key business leaders to manage ongoing
maintenance, capital projects, and tenant improvements.A core
aspect of the position is the ability to communicate effectively
with employees and leadership, addressing facilities-related
concerns while aligning with company standards and operational
goals. In collaboration with the Workplace Services Manager, the
Facilities Manager will drive initiatives that promote safety,
security, sustainability, and an exceptional employee experience.In

the first year to be a hero:
- Policy & Emergency Planning: Collaborate with the Office/Travel
Manager to oversee workplace policies and implement business
continuity and disaster recovery plans with HR, Safety, and
MarCom.
- Tenant & Capital Projects: Manage tenant improvements and
capital projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and
enhancing the employee experience. Work with stakeholders on
project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Facilities & Space Management: Optimize office spaces, manage
office moves, and coordinate facility layouts with the Workplace
Services Manager and business unit leaders.
- Vendor & Maintenance Coordination: Oversee vendor
relationships, contracts, schedules, and budgets for facility
services and maintenance.
- Safety, Security, & Sustainability: Promote workplace safety
and security, collaborate with the Director of Safety, and lead
sustainability initiatives supporting corporate goals. The
Facilities Manager reports to Steve Barker, Workplace Services
Manager, and is part of a collaborative team driving various
projects and initiatives to support our expanding business. This
high-visibility role engages with all levels and departments across
the organization.Your Background: What kind of person will thrive

- 5+ years of experience in facilities or workplace services
management within a multi-facility organization.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities
Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven project management experience, including tenant

Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000 Annually MacDonald-Miller
