QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:

• Experience:5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Dynamics 365 implementation projects.Strong experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Operations, and/or Supply Chain Management.
• Skills:Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.Proficiency in managing projects using tools like Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with integration of Dynamics 365 with other applications or systems.Knowledge of data migration strategies, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or similar certifications.PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master certification is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for reporting and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in agile project management or familiarity with agile frameworks.Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and critical thinking.
• Adaptable to changing environments and able to work under pressure.
