Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to
streamline marketing processes and enhance campaign
effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring
effective utilization of tools like Pardot and Google Analytics
Act as a marketing technical project manager, collaborating with
RevOps to assess feasibility and implement solutions
Develop and refine marketing processes to improve workflow
efficiency and address gaps in systems
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B
tech or startup environment
Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, RingLead, Chili
Piper, and Google Analytics suite of tools
Experience with process and change management, including strong
documentation skills
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple
tasks simultaneously
