A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive
lead generation and customer loyalty in the K-12 education
market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase
top-of-funnel leads
Optimize acquisition channels for lead generation and
cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with Sales to monitor and enhance sales funnel
conversions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in growth marketing and lead generation,
preferably in K-12 education
Expertise in Hubspot, SalesForce, Google Ads, and Paid Social
channels
Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven
decision-making
Strong writing skills with experience in multi-channel marketing
campaigns
