Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Manager to lead
fundraising efforts and build partnerships with various
funders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of $4-5M in philanthropic funding
Drive stewardship of current funding relationships and build new
ones
Write compelling funding proposals and manage a proposal
calendar
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of securing five and six-figure grants from
diverse funding sources
4+ years of experience in fundraising and development
Strong proficiency in budget development and financial
reporting
Experience with grants management software and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to analyze and present program data
effectively
