member of the lululemon Talent Activation team, the Sr Manager
Talent Activation - Cyclical Talent Strategies role provides an
exciting opportunity to contribute your experience and passion for
all things talent in a dynamic, fast-growing, and global business.
This role will report into the Sr. Director, Talent Activation and
be part of a broader team of talent activation professionals
supporting development and implementation of talent activation
programs and initiatives. This role will lead a team to focus on
creating and/or enhancing core talent programs across both
corporate and field populations such as talking talent sessions,
promotions processes, succession planning, performance reviews, and
building automated tools that leaders can use to understand their
talent bench. The role is also responsible for informing and
continually improving upon the development of tools that provide
access to talent data. A critical part of this role will involve
partnering with other teams People & Culture and business
stakeholders around the world. A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Create, communicate, and own Talent Activation programs
globally (such as talking talent sessions, promotions processes,
succession planning, performance reviews): driving and conducting
needs analysis, creating and executing against talent
plans/roadmaps, and reporting and audit of existing programs. Look
at cross-business themes and integrate into the over-arching Talent
Activation strategy for the business.
- Contribute to the creation, implementation, and management of
Talent Activation programs and processes in order to achieve
strategic business initiatives. This includes setting the program
strategy, communicating the vision, and managing all aspects of
implementation.
- Partner with People & Culture, Learning partners and business
leaders to define and establish a long-term talent strategy that
may include: identifying critical jobs, determining talent gaps,
assessing internal as well as external availability, and developing
long term plans to bridge the gaps.
- Drive program goals and provide program management support.
This includes defining project plans, managing implementation
activities, and developing protocols, documentation, education, and
communications for project rollout and ongoing management.
- Support streamlined user experience of key people processes,
including identifying and operationalizing opportunities for
process improvement and evolution.
- Create process improvement mechanisms including automation on
some of the existing processes/ tools to ensure standardization and
consistency as we scale.
- Identify appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of Talent
Activation initiatives including the ability to dive deep and
partner with People & Culture and other stakeholders to drive
results.
- Provide ongoing feedback, support, and development to a team of
Talent Activation professionals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational
Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
from an accredited college or university.
- 7+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment working
in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and/or Project
Management roles.
- Experience leading a team, including coaching, development,
performance management, and engagement. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree Human Resources Management, Organizational
Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and/or an MBA
highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization
and planning skills - with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time sensitive
matters and organized to manage and track multiple priorities
simultaneously.
- Possess a high level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in
handling confidential information.
- Knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes,
including performance management, promotions, succession planning,
and talent development.
- HR Project Management experience with experience in scoping,
leading and delivering complex projects. The right candidate will
have a track record of project management from conception and
design through implementation, measurement and continuous
improvement.
- Knowledge of program management lifecycle and project

Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in
a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $134,100-$176,000 USD annually; the base pay
offered is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As
