ABOUT THE POSITION:
Visante seeks to hire a Pharmacy Manager for our Specialty Pharmacy
Services line. Under the Visante Leadership team, this individual
will provide strategic direction and leadership across all aspects
of specialty pharmacy services at Client sites. Responsibilities
include oversight of operational, financial, programmatic,
clinical, and personnel activities to ensure excellence in patient
care and customer service. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee the
performance and outcomes of the pharmacy team, adjusting plans and
priorities as needed to meet resource and operational challenges.
Decisions will be guided by established policies, procedures, and
organizational priorities, with guidance from Visante leadership on
high-impact decisions.
Additionally, this role involves monitoring quality metrics and
evolving clinical, financial, and operational practices, developing
action plans for continuous improvement. The Pharmacy Manager will
also supervise clinical pharmacy processes and offer guidance to
clinical staff on protocols, decision-making, and patient care
delivery.
WORK LOCATION AND TRAVEL: This is an on-site position in the Mt.
Vernon, Washington area with flexibility for remote work, as
scheduled. Minimal travel.
COMPENSATION: $143,200 - $210,200 a year - Full-time
WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific
Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION
The physical demands outlined here represent those necessary for an
employee to effectively perform the essential functions of this
job. While performing job duties, the employee is regularly
required to stand and/or sit for extended periods, particularly
while working in the pharmacy. The role involves repetitive tasks
such as typing, sitting, answering phones, and using computers and
computer systems throughout the day. Specific vision abilities
required for this position include close vision, distance vision,
color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability
to focus. The role is based in an indoor, climate-controlled
environment when in the office.
