Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and recommendations to help customers
achieve their goals with the platform
Guide customers through onboarding and integration processes to
ensure smooth adoption of solutions
Collaborate with sales to deliver technical demonstrations and
identify opportunities for account expansion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or
Information Systems
3+ years of experience in a technical support, developer, or site
reliability engineer role
Hands-on experience with an observability tool and managing a VPC
in a major cloud provider
Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems and
delivering value
Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization is
preferred
