Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead - Tech Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support with a strong background in Automation Swift IoT and Python. This hybrid role requires expertise in Fixed Assets Accounting and Finance & Accounting. Proficiency in English is a must.Responsibilities

• Lead the technical support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation processes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide expert support in Swift IoT to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Utilize Python programming skills to develop and maintain support tools and scripts.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting and analysis of fixed assets.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support fixed assets accounting processes.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of fixed assets to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and deliver training programs for team members to enhance their technical skills.
• Monitor and report on team performance identifying areas for improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to achieve common goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on technical support activities.
• Implement best practices in technical support to improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.Qualifications
• Possess a strong background in Automation Swift IoT and Python.
• Demonstrate expertise in Fixed Assets Accounting and Finance & Accounting.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support roles.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in English both written and spoken.
