Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Lead to manage complex
payroll processes in a multi-state environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process semi-monthly payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees
across multiple subsidiaries
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and assist with audits
and reconciliations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain
payroll documentation
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced or public
company
Experience with multi-state payrolls for over 1,000 employees
Knowledge of payroll compliance and state/federal employment
laws
Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software, with
advanced Excel skills preferred
