* Leads development and application of complex estimating and pricing strategies using innovative computational techniques
* Guides business proposals, evaluates and makes recommendations based on complex or unique requests for proposal and substantiates estimates and pricing
* Leads and performs complex analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing and estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)--- Coordinates and collaborate with proposal teams and cost element functional owners to develop appropriate basis of estimate and substantiation of cost estimates, proposals, and other related business decision data.--- Provides fact-finding, negotiation and audit support of cost proposal artifacts and coordinate responses through proposal teams, as required
* Supports, prepare and brief senior leader-level presentations, as required
* Identifies, assess, and implement changes to processes, tools and techniques to simplify estimating and pricing methodologies and improve cost estimating accuracy This position is expected to be 100% onsiteThe selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location optionsThis position requires an active U.STop Secret Security Clearance (U.SCitizenship Required)(A U.SSecurity Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):--- Bachelor's Degree in at least one of the following fields: Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics--- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience--- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Project) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):--- 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
